Micro-Aid™PFR
Micro-Aid PFR is a dry additive designed specifically for use in high mobility grouting, especially when resistance to pressure filtration is required. Micro-Aid PFR acts as a stabilizer and bleed reducer in high water-to-cement ratio grout. It will eliminate the need to use bentonite, superplasticizers or gums. Through adjustments in dosage and water-to-cement ratio, it is possible to achieve a wide range of characteristics, including low marsh funnel times, low Kpf values and zero-to-low bleed. The dry material is packaged in easy-to-use, water-soluble, bags. Micro-Aid PFR meets the requirements of a Type S, specific performance admixture according to ASTM C 494.
