Micro-Aid™UWG
Micro-Aid UWG is an anti-washout grouting admixture specially designed for use in underwater grouting situations. Micro-Aid UWG maintains a consistent grout with minimal-to-no segregation or bleeding. Grout mixed with Micro-Aid UWG will maintain resistance to washout of cement particles when placed underwater. Micro-Aid UWG can be used when grouting in artesian conditions to prevent the intrusion of water into the grout or concrete. At small dosages, it will enhance the anti-washout properties of grout or concrete. Micro-Aid UWG meets the requirements of a Type S, specific performance admixture according to ASTM C 494.
